I have a SIM and I'm trying to fill an 8GB package and won't let me even though I have money in my account, I'd love if someone could help me:)

Is it a pay as you go SIM or pay monthly contract? If it's a pay as you go, does your account have credit, or is it that you're trying to top up?

@Mor4 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Have you tried texting PACK10 to 150 to buy the £10 8GB pack from your credit?
