Why am I receiving this SMS from EE:

Hi, just a reminder that you need to make a chargeable call/text or use data otherwise you may lose your number and any available credit. To check your balance text BA to 150.

My balance is £9.95 and I’ve made 3 chargeable calls for a total £1.82 on 18 May 2024.
