How do i top up using my current available credit

I have a 10 pound subscription pack currently and I have topped up 10 pounds twice now bit it adds on to my current credit but it won't top up for my subscription. I get a message saying top up through EE app or call 150 and if I try to do both, it just keeps adding on to the current credit balance? So how exactly am I supposed to renew my subscription.

@thevishan : You've already topped up. Text PACK10 to 150 to buy the £10 pack from your credit.

Which pack are you trying to purchase?

You can add the pack by text message.

Just visit Get help by texting 150 on pay as you go for the codes you can use for each pack.
