Good afternoon, yesterday l top up my credit and l didn't know that l already pay for a 10 pound subscription pack.so l'm asking how can l refund my 10 pound from my top up credit?

@rcath557 You can’t have PAYG credit refunded, You can use this for your next pack.

Just wondering if u can actually refund ee credit because I told №150 to stop my pack and it said it did then when I entered my new ee voucher code it immediately took my £15 credit even after I told it to stop the pack.

So Yeah I was just wondering. Fine if not but yeah
