      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new sim with £20 subscription pack on Weds, this was when money was taken. &amp;nbsp;This arrived yesterday and I set up a new account with EE but this said no credit no data. &amp;nbsp;I tried topping the account up this morning so now it says I have £20 credit but it won’t let me buy a subscription so phone still can’t be used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am I missing a step here? The phones for my son and I was hoping we would be able to just use the new sim straight away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm now my £20 credit has been used for a subscription pack so what has happened to the first £20 I paid for the sim?! Have EE charged £20 just for a sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
