Where is PAYG unlimited data?

I have just been trying to add an add on of the £40 unlimited data, but the option is no longer there for some reason.

I normally have to start a tiny pack, then buy the unlimited data add on. Is there not just a way to buy unlimited data from the start?

When I text the add on only goes up to £20 for 10GB. The link just gives me this broken issue.

I've now had to buy a 50GB pack instead of an add on, which is a total waste of money as that will be gone in days and I cant afford to do that again. Please help. 🤞🙏

Currently available packs

Now depending on when you took out this PAYG the packs have now changed and I can not find an unlimited add on for PAYG. What was once available doesn’t mean it’s still available as a data add on.

He trying to say, there is no more option to choose a 40£ unlimited data add on, ee removed this option, why you copy this link insted of answer ? And all these internet add on - doesnot work, as you cannot buy it - system error, just fix your broken ee system first

Yep. All links are broken. The app doesn't let you buy add ons as the link is broken. The app is actually really poor to navigate. Every time an update is required it makes it worse.

So, currently there is no unlimited data payg, correct? The most I can buy is now the £30 125gb data pack?

The biggest data add-on you could get was the 10 GB for £20 cuz you didn't have an active pack at the time. Once you have an active pack of £10 or more you can buy the unlimited data add-on for £40. You can do this by texting ADD DATA to 150 or visiting add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase . See

Oh wow. So I just typed a big messaged explaining the outstanding problems. Then while I was waiting I thought I would try the add on text again and now it shows the £40 unlimited! I feel a fool. But it still hasn't been there on numerous occasions even after I set up a pack.

I will keep you posted if I still have problems!

So how's this for stupid? I sent the text saying I want the £40 unlimited data pack as quoted in their text and it replied saying I need £50 to buy the £40 pack!?!?! **bleep**?

Yeah, that's right! Before you had no active pack; now you do, the £30 pack.

You should have no probs as long as you have an active pack >= £10.

Getting annoyed now. So I bit the bullet and just tried to buy the add on at £50 and it now says it can't do it for some reason. I can even do it on the app or website as no add on links work. Getting sad. 😪

Yet another problem. I thought I would just renew the subscription pack going for the £35 125gb option. I sent the text then it came back with an update option list saying that the option is now £30 for 100gb. Okay. So I opted for that and still there is a problem as it just says it doesn't recognise that choice. It's giving me the choice. I'm not making it up! 🤯

This is exactly what happend with me last year, where I created a topic about this asking EE to fix the problem, but they dont care at all, because of it I had to buy 20£ pack, but this month there is even more problem with it. EE should have keep reputation and at least try to fix the problem, but all their advise is to call 150

So here's the outcome. I call 150 and the option for £40 unlimited is there. Sorted.

Here's the problem EE. You need to fix all the app links. Fix all the Web links. Also make them both more navigational for PAYG, not just for contract people. We are a bit portion of you custom, so please take care of us better. It would take one person about an hour to look at and I bet you would save losing many many customers.
