Is this a brand new SIM card? If you paid for your pack at the point of purchase, the pack should activate automatically when you first use the SIM.

No it doesn't. I changed the number using a PAC code but I still can't use the sim. It shows no data, calls or texts credit

Yes I paid £15 for 25gb, unlimited texts and calls. I see no logo, but in settings/mobile networks/access point names it says it's on EE

To activate your subscription pack, Here's what you need to do:

1. First off, log in to your account on the platform where you bought the subscription.
2. Once you're logged in, head over to your account settings. You'll usually find this in the menu or profile section.
3. Look for something like "Subscription" or "Manage Subscription" - that's where you want to click.
4. There should be an option to activate your subscription. Just give that a click.
5. Follow any instructions that pop up to confirm your activation. They might ask for payment details if you haven't already provided them.
6. And that's it! Once you're activated, you should have access to all the goodies that come with your subscription.
