Anyone know how you buy add-ons now? All week been trying to buy extra minutes for my payg phone, but keep getting sorry not working message online and text messaage method just tries to make me sign up to a recurring sub now...

However you try to view the add-ons section, it comes up with red writing and error

The add-on error message has been coming up for about 6 weeks, ever since the site started going under maintenance every night....it's not the cutsomers end or equipment..
