topped up £5 for 1gb free data but data not showing in my balance

I used the offer of an extra 1gb of data for every £5 top up and did this twice. The 1gb shows when I log in to EE online (showing I have 2.5gb of data), but not on my phone when I text balance to 150 (this shows I have 515mb of data).

If you visit add-on.ee.co.uk does the extra data show available?

If so, once the pack data allowance has been used the extra data will start for you 🙂

Hi,

It shows as "waiting", so I'm guessing it will activate once my allowance is used.
