@Ishaq84 If you want a replacement SIM card and keep the same number you can go to a EE store and request a replacement sim or you can call customer service or you can do this via your account. Via your account your current sim has to be working in a device as you’ll be sent a verification code to approve this.

If you also want a new number then just get a new sim.
