Hi, there. I buy the private number under EE sim and top up by pay as you go subscribion few day ago (15/5/24), now: 17/5/24. But I text 150 isno balance and no service. Can you help or me. I add £10 top up already. Thanks

The app show that I was no data, need top up, but I top up already on 15/5 for £10. Please help.

I top up£10 and the bank charge me £10 already, I sure is top up
