      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just returned from abroad from being away a few months , I’ve just put my SIM card in and &amp;nbsp;topped up &amp;nbsp;£10 and my phones not working. When I send a text too EE it says message failed and it won’t ring the number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4390871"&gt;@sealaville10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; When did you last use this sim ? &amp;nbsp; SIM cards go in to hibernation if not used then you need to call customer services to get it reactivated. If over 9 months the sim is deactivated for good and there is no way to reactivate it and keep the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation after so long of non-use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
