Add ons page not working

I have outstanding credit however I’m unable to purchase add ons as the page states it’s not working

That is a known error in MyEE.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Yes I have credit but when I try to purchase an add on it just comes up with a message saying the page add ons purchase error

Same issue - I have no remaining data so have purchased £10 credit. However, I cannot convert this to a data add-on as the page doesn't load/exist:

The link add-on.ee.co.uk does not work. Can we even access the page to purchase an add-on currently?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with using the link to select a data add-on.

I'd recommending giving our team a call on 150 who can help you get the add-on activated.

@Gps3 : Try another browser that doesn't convert HTTP: into HTTPS: such as Edge.

Since this has been going on for months, and there is no resolution coming, just text the following to 150 (you will need available credit to actually buy the add-on you need):

ADD ON - Get list of data, text or minutes add-ons
ADD TEXTS - Get options to buy texts add-on
ADD MINS -Get options to buy minutes add-on
ADD DATA - Get options to buy data add-on
ADD INT - Get options to buy minutes and data when abroad.

Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).
