I am on older Pack and can’t upgrade

Hello

I purchased an ee sim last month at heathrow with 20 pounds pack . This month, I am trying to upgrade my pack to the 30 pounds one , but I can’t do that . It always gives me the message that there is some error and I am still on one of their older packs. I already have enough credit to upgrade.

Text PACK30 to 150.
Text NOW to 150 if you want it to start immediately.
Text AL to 150 & report back the response in full.
