&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;BR /&gt;I have been using PAY AS YOU GO SIM card EE since last year. I loaded it 5 months ago and yesterday. I have been in Bulgaria since September. I have used the number several times, just for messages. Now I can't do anything, neither calls nor messages. It will cost me too much to call EE from Bulgaria, I was looking for some email to write to EE, without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am asking for advice .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been in the UK for 8 years and I still need a number for access codes on the GOV.UK for example.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You&lt;/P&gt;</description>
