Good morning,

I had pack30 until now and the auto-renewal date was on the 3rd of May but I did not renew it because I wanted to change.

Now I have made a top up of 15 pounds because I want to activate pack15. I have tried all the possible ways to activate but I couldn't manage to do that.

Please I need help to cancel the automatic renewal of pack 30 and to activate the pack 15. I have credit at this moment 15 pounds on my account.

Thanks for coming here.

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150 and then follow the reply steps to activate the pack you would like, does this work for you?

Test PACK15 to 150. This will buy the £15 pack which will take over from £30 pack in future until you want to change again.

I have tried this many times but it did not work. I have restarted my phone over 4 times and nothing. So this was not the solution.
