Top up done but subscription not renewed

I did top up my account with 15£ usually. It’s shows the amount it was taken from my account. But my monthly pack not renewed and no call no date and no minutes.
I did top up on 30th of April.

I have the same problem, I requested a callback but haven’t received any response yet. Could you help me please?

I had the top up on Tuesday, and still not renewed.

Its not funny I have kid, I need my phone to work properly with minutes, texts and data.
