I topped up £10 it got eaten up without my using the phone credit this message after the first top up on 23/ April

“You now have £0.59. To check your allowances reply AL. When you want to top up go to ee.co.uk/myee or call 150”

Second top up & 10/- this message

You now have £0.99. To check your allowances reply AL. When you want to top up go to ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 “WHAT THE Hell is going on £ 20 lost eaten up without making a call ?!?!!!????

cannot send sms to uk from bahrain EE fix this asap and credit my accounts£20/- for the eaten too up in just two days.

Could your credit have bought a Pack which in fact is useless in Bahrain?

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the Home > View Full Usage page.
