Can't renew my monthly plan

Since September last year, I've been paying £40 on a monthly basis, what I would do is just top up £40 in my account and it would renew automatucally, but it's not working anymore, I've spent the entire month of April trying to renew it, I texted 150 and it did not work, I tried buying packs from the website but they are not showing anymore, or says that there was an error, same with the app, it always has technical issues and directs me to the website and it's just an endless loophole, I have topped up £40 I just need data that's it

@Nayhoum204 : There is no £40 pack that auto renews; they stop at £30. There is however a £40 unlimited data add-on that you have to renew every 30 days manually. I think you can get it by texting ADD UNL DATA to 150. What had you been texting? You need to have an active pack in operation to get it.
