since joining ee i have had constant problems and i now want to leave ee, what network should i switch to.

problem 1 with ee: when i buy those promotional unlimited data addons if i have a pack it continues to take data from my pack allowance

problem 2: i have tried to stop my pack 3 times but the pack is still waiting to buy, i am currently getting around the problem by keeping my credit below £10

i have already had my revenge on ee for the incorrect data deduction. it seems like every system on ee is broken

2. How are stopping your pack? By texting STOP PACK to 150?

yes i have text stop pack to 150 3 times, it says it is going to stop it but at add-on.ee.co.uk it still says it is waiting, they even CHEEKILY sent me a text after the 1st attempt saying you need £10 of credit to buy your pack. EE, premium prices, dogshlt service

i have just had ANOTHER text saying my pack is waiting to renew, i will be leaving ee as soon as someone tells me what network i should switch to
