SIM card activation
I have bought a new SIM card with a new number, created an EE account and made a top up of £10, but my mobile is not working. I get messages from EE but can't make calls or send text messages, I'm outside the UK, can it depend on this or do I have to wait a day for activation?thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you use the SIM card on the EE network to make a call or send a text?

If not, the SIM card would not activate once abroad on a roaming network, until you return to the UK.
