Hello

I am traveling to Kuwait for good. But I want to keep the number, what shall I do? And how to use the numbet to call from Kuwait to UK. How to top up?

@Samoorchia You can top up online. You’ll have to have credit on the account to use the sim while there you can not use any pack allowance to cover the costs. If you are using packs you’ll want to stop this by texting STOP PACK to 150.

You need to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack within every 179 days.
Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
