PayG dongle top-up issue

Hi there,

I moved into a new house and don’t have broadband set up yet so bought a pay as you go dongle which was pre loaded with data. We have since used the data, so I bought additional data via the anonymous top up link. I could see that this had worked as it showed the top up amount on the page, and the payment has been taken from my bank account.

however, this has not linked the top up to my dongle - can anyone please advise how to do this?

@Noodlez9393 : All you have done is top-up your credit with money but you haven't bought any data add-on.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
