    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently been disconnected from receiving messages on my EE pay as you go number from abroad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need the texts for verifications - I found out that it was because I hadn't topped up since around May/June 2023. I just topped up but nothing has changed. My online profile says active, the number is still there. I received nothing about being disconected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need the number for verification codes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there's a way I can get this working or use this number as soon as possible?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assistance would be appreciated,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very likely like you've lost your your PAYG SIM &amp;amp; no. for good if you haven't used it for over 10 months.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you previously use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
