I topped it up before I left and know I need to send a text every 90 days to deep it active.&amp;nbsp; I have just bought a local sim in Bolivia and have lost my uk no. Ee have given me another no. How do I get my no back&amp;nbsp; urgently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PAYG SIMs are hibernated after 6months without any chargeable activity. At that point you have a further 3months to contact EE CS to reactivate it, beyond which the number is irretrievably disconnected and credit lost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can contact EE CS on +44 7953 966150 from a working phone, or +44 800 0798586 from a web-calling app such as Skype.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
