      <title>Issue processing payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Doro mobile states 'there was an issue processing your payment.' I followed this link: &lt;A href="https://ee-payment-failed.web.app" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee-payment-failed.web.app&lt;/A&gt; but it leads to a general ee information page, nothing about payment failed. I just use my Doro for phone calls and texts, don't go online so keep the wifi turned off.&amp;nbsp; So no use of data, which stands at 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account says I have £34.59 in credit.&amp;nbsp; So what is the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>On 8/3/24&amp;nbsp; I topped up and received a text saying: thank you for topping&lt;BR /&gt;up £35.00.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Your new balance is £35.19&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On 9/3/24&amp;nbsp; I received a text stating: There was an issue processing your&lt;BR /&gt;payment. You can unlock your account by visiting our website:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee-payment-failed.web.app" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee-payment-failed.web.app&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Following this link just takes me to a general ee web page; nothing I&lt;BR /&gt;can see about payment fails&amp;nbsp; or unlocking my aaccount.</description>
