      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I'm brand new to EE &amp;amp; using just the sim card i picked up in a shop! So far, I'm horrified &amp;amp; disgusted as this is my very 1st experience/ impression of EE &amp;amp; it's all been terrible so far. Tried ringing them yesterday &amp;amp; got through to customer services to only be told it was for contract services only &amp;amp; therefore I would have to use the app, so I&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN&gt;installed app &amp;amp; topped up £15 for unlimited texts/calls &amp;amp; 25GB data. After I expected an email verifying what 30 days subscription pack I've chosen &amp;amp; it literally only says I've topped up £15 &amp;amp; No details of subscription pack in email at all!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Today I've received several texts to say I'm out of GB data (Not even 24 hrs since I set it up) even though I've only used this sim to make one 4 second call so far&amp;nbsp; that went to voicemail &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; I hung up (costing 40p apparently as I checked my usage on EE app &amp;amp; that's all it lists) &amp;amp; I made sure my data was off as I was using my WiFi all yesterday &amp;amp; today.&amp;nbsp; Another text says I've topped up an additional £10 top up too! (which I know I have NOT topped up again) as it's complete news to me that all these free mins, txts &amp;amp; data are all gone in less than 24hrs! Ive checked my bank &amp;amp; only 1 payment of £15 is showing so far! I have No clue what is going on &amp;amp; Customer service is closed! Any advice is appreciated, thanks Ray.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
