Hi, Ordered a PAYG sim, just received it and need to add credit. I put the sim in my spare phone to activate, instructions require me to create an account but I don't have any credit so surprise surprise I can't create an account. Tried looking on line but that hopeless, no guidance of links. So my question, how do I get credit on a phone which won't let me connect without some credit?

Thanks for coming here.

You should be able to set up the EE account if you visit EE account.

You can top up using the My EE - Make Anonymous Payment page and purchase a pack.
