Data Rollover con!

The data rollover is a big con, so please don't get sucked into it like I have been.

It clearly says, "with Data Rollover, any unused data now rolls over into the next one you buy, so you get a second chance to use it". (copied and pasted from the EE website)

Well this is rubbish! I have spoken to two different people on the technical help, and they both say that this isn't the case, yet it is clearly sold to us, that any unused data, will roll over to the next month, plus the current data from the new pack!

It's absolutely ridiculous. Ive been paying for a more expensive pack, believing that any data I don't use that month will then be rolled over to the following month, building up my data!

Has anyone else experienced this, or is your data rolling over?

Where is this "it" that offers data rollover? Do you have a screenshot & URL of the page?

Are you referring to PAYG or pay-monthly?

@daisyfresh16 : Data does roll over from your residual pack data to the next pack as long as you buy the next pack within 7 days. What it doesn't do is roll over (for the 2nd time) any previously rolled over data that is remaining when your pack expires, if that's what you are thinking of,
