      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi. I’m abroad&amp;nbsp;and I cannot access my online account to top up my balance. I cannot reach to the EE staff and there is no live chat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every time I call the help number,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;07953 966 150,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am asked to wait; this is very expensive. Does anyone know a quick and inexpensive way to contact EE?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It rejects the password. When I try to change the password, it sends me a verification PIN on my mobile number, which has no balance.&amp;nbsp; So, I cannot receive the PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Salah&lt;/P&gt;</description>
