Hello i just was talking with the lady,she did the mistake i wanted to stay with my old number but she switched of by mistake my old number and switched on the new one

When i call to 150 they just asking me if i want to top up,and dont let to choose more options!

So thats how you guys are working"no one will call you"but when need to charge the money then all ofice is working properly

@Kristina15 This is a public forum not customer services we don’t know who you are let alone your phone number ( do not post it on here ) you need credit on your account to pay the flat fee of 25p to call customer services.
