Hello,
I failed to make call forwarding on my Iphone. I followed the setting instruction at Phone>Call Forwarding, put the phone number I need to forward to, but the call forwarding option switch back to off automatically. How could I set the call forwarding which both numbers are on EE? Thanks all

PAYG does not support call diverts except to voicemail.

What should I do if I need the call forwarding service? Contract the number instead of PAYG?

If you would like to use call forwarding you would need a pay monthly contract SIM.
