Hi, I haven't used my sim in a while and my service seems to be deactivated. I've tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says i need credit however the sim has credit. When I sign in on EE.co.uk i see i have £10 and everything looks normal.

How long since you have made a chargeable call/text on the sim?

Then the sim shouldn't have been deactivated. It deactivates after 6 months.

but it is deactivated i have I've tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says i have no credit but i go onto ee.co.uk i have £10

doesn't mean its deactivated.

I suggest sending EE a tweet sometimes they can help on there.

Is there definately £10 credit on there or has this been used for a pack.
