Hello ive ordered my SIM card and a £30 pack but the pack isn’t there and my money was taken from my bank account

@Denis20768 : What do you mean? The SIM's arrived but it has no pack on it or the SIM hasn't arrived at all?

If you have the SIM, What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
