Cant send messages from Abroad but I have topped up

I am in sweden and Ive topped up twice now! I still cant send a message. For example trying to send to 150 "HELP" but it saying its not delivering.

What is the issue? I need to send some messages to keep my number!

Are you connected to a Swedish network? Have you tried sending a text message to a UK number?
