    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c &amp;amp; then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. &amp;amp; email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed to pay as you go in December as my contract had ended. I'm unable to update my app to top up by that as it says I need to provide ID at a shop to access the app. I've been into EE and was told I couldn't have the app as I'm pay as you go and told that I've got to start my tenure again. She told me I should have done a rolling sim but I was never offered that as an option, just a contract which I didn't want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So...how can I access the app if the ID request hasn't been sorted despite taking it into a store and is she right in saying if I want a new contract at some point I need credit checks etc as I'm a new customer? I've been with EE sooooo long I'm annoyed this wasn't explained to me when I reached the end of my contract. She's told me to go back in next month which is 3 months after ending contract, to go sim only. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
