£5 pack on older sim.

I am using a Phone and SIM which hasn't been used since July 2023 and when I go into my EE account I do not get offered the £5 pack, only £10. which is too much for the amount I use the phone for.

Can I still get a £5 pack or do I need to go through my phone and not account or ring EE?

Any help appreciated.

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150, do you get a reply with all available packs?

No, as you have not allowed the legacy £5 pack to auto renew when it wanted to over the past 6 months you can no longer buy it. You now must buy a current pack of £10 or more.

Me too I want that £5 pack for my sons, I can't do £10 each, it will be great if it come back!!
