Im on PAYG. I hear there is a package (possibly a EU ADD ON) available that enables 100 minutes of calls within EU for £3 making that a good deal of 3 p per minute. however I've now spent more time than I care to mention trying to find how to do this ADD ON. Any ideas? Why isn't there a simple list of what you need to text to get the ADD ONs or whatever one needs??

Ah, that's roaming! There are no special calling add-ons for roaming other than the normal pack allowances.

To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
