Non-refundability of an offered payment is not theft. EE has never claimed to be the cheapest network, but national benchmarking surveys of the 4 MNO's are generally consistent in their results.

EE refusal on PAYG remaining credit, has anybody else suffered from what is essentially theft of money by EE and managed to recover their money?

although not a large amount it is the principal of taking a sum of money and refusing 2 days after taking part of it to refund,

I have moved to O2 for £8.00 base 25Gb data ,unlimited talk and txt in the region of 40% cheaper than EE

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment. You agreed to these T&C's when you started using it.
