Cant call or send texts, have credit.

Cant call or send texts.

Have £15 credit.

Texting AL to 150 fails to send.

Any text to 150 fails to send.

If I call my number, says user busy.

Have tried rebooting.

I have full signal and 4G connection.

When I top up phone I receive a text saying top up successful.

Any ideas?

When did you last use your phone for a chargeable action? Topping up, buying a pack or otherwise using being charged for something not part of any bundle or add-on.

Approx 5-6 months ago. Its my spare back up phone, so, do not always use it.

This behaviour is consistent with a PAYG phone going into hibernation due to non-use over 6 months
