Hi, can I buy after 3 month break of using the number pack for 5 £? How can I do it on app ee? I can see only the cheapest pack available for 10£ .

@Izza : You probably can't! The £5 pack is a legacy pack. If you don't let it auto renew naturally you can no longer buy it manually.

If you have changed from the £5 pack to a different pack, this is no longer an option to change back to.

Hi, the problem is not the same. I paid for 3 month 10 £ packet and now I was to reduce to 5£ and can't. I texted 150 and there is option 5£ but if I sent PACK05 it is not recognized

As I told you previously the £5 pack is a legacy pack & you can't switch back to it after letting it go by not allowing it to auto renew.
