Topped up my account to receive sms from what's app

Hello,

I'm using pay to go £15 sim card that I bought from London,

and I'm trying to access my number abroad to use what's app but I couldn't seem to use my topped up amount of £15

when I send AL to 150 it gives me this:

Your current balance as of today 10:21 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 50.5GB remaining until 14/02/2024 for your £15 Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data. Your last top up was £15.00 on 14/01/2024 at 09:38.

Okay so I'm guessing I can't use this unlimited calls and texts and even internet in Saudi Arabia right?

my question is how do I receive SMS and calls right now with this dilemma?

Did you activate the sim on the UK network?

You also need to remove your content lock in most cases to use WhatsApp.

You may have a pack but you can't use it outside EU.

As you have £0 credit you can't receive calls as they are chargeable. You would need to top-up to receive them.

Receiving texts is free worldwide.
