Hi I’ve recently left EE and I switched my phone number to the new service. How do I cancel my pack with EE?

@HJB19 If this a reoccurring payment just stop the DD. Your pack will also not renew as you don’t have a number or an account with EE. Your number is with a different network, migrating your number closed your account.

@HJB19 : You won't have any pack with EE as you no longer have a no. with EE. You ported it to another network.

Neither did you have a DD with EE as PAYG isn't paid by DDs.
