Accidentally topped-up the wrong number

Hey, I have two phone numbers in my account and I accidentally topped up the wrong one. Can I transfer the balance from one (inactive - I don't even have the sim card anymore) number to the other (the active one)?

@sarayesterday : PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.

I guess I can at least ask for a SIM card replacement (I lost the topped-up sim a long time ago) so that I can use the credit

Possibly but if you lost it over 9 months ago it would have been deactivated due to non-use & the no. lost.

Hi I just topped up 40£ and I couldn’t find it in my balance and I am not sure if I put a wrong number what should I do please 🙏🏻 help

Can you text BALANCE to 150 from the SIM, does this show the credit?
