Is it possible to block data on a pay as you go plan? I cannot find where this option may be and I have checked the desktop page and the app. Please EE help.

Hi @ehervey

Thanks for coming here.

If you log into the EE app and select Settings and Permissions, if this is an option for your account you will have 'Use mobile data' which can be turned off.

If this is not showing, please call us on 150 and the team can help you turn off mobile data.
