Replace Old Orange Sim

Hi, A family member has an old PAYG phone with an Orange sim card in that the credit doesn't expire on. I have just had yo replace the hand set but I need a new sim card as the old one can't be cut down. They don't use the phone enough to go onto a monthly subscription. They also want to keep the number as they have had it for many years. How do I go about get this sorted out ASAP for them? Thanks in advance for your assistance 😊

@Pinky691 You don’t have to have a subscription pack that lasts 30 days you can have a standard PAYG. Just call customer services and tell them what you want. When you get the new sim just text STOP PACK to 150. You could even go to a EE store to do this.
