      <description>&lt;P&gt;No i just noticed this recently since i only use this no. for WhatsApp and i wasn't able get the otp when trying to sign into WhatsApp. I then checked my ee app which shows that closing adjustment thing of £0.20 after which i did top up but it still doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yh but i cant contact ee customer care coz every time i dial "150" it says "it looks like you don't have enough credit to make this call" although i did add £5 top-up through the ee app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your account has been closed, you'd need to call Customer Care on &lt;STRONG&gt;07953 966 150&lt;/STRONG&gt; from another phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They'll only be able to reactivate your account if it has been inactive for less than 273 days.&lt;/P&gt;
