I left the United Kingdom in September, and upon my return, I couldn't make or receive any calls or even send or receive any text messages.

When was the last time the pay as you go SIM card was used for making a call or sending a text?

Does your phone show any network coverage?

If you make a call, does it get redirected to 150?

When did you last make a chargeable call from your PAYG phone? Not from any bundles or packs, but something that deducted from your balance? I suspect your phone has been hibernated for non-use if this was longer than 6months ago.
