How do apply a pack so I can buy ROAMEU add on?

I am in France and got a message from EE that I need to buy a subscription pack and then I can buy a ROAMEU7 add on to have roaming for 7 days. I bought a pack for 10 pounds. When I log in to my EE account I see a message that it was closed. That is possible, because I don't have a plan with EE, the only thing I bought recently has been a 120 GB data sim, which can't be used in France. So what should I do so EE understands that I have a pack and just need to buy the roaming add on?

You have a data SIM. You can't buy packs on those. Furthermore they are not usable outside UK. Roaming is only available for PAYG phone SIMs.

Thanks. So my Subscription Pack purchase was a waste of money. I just bought a 14-day EU roaming addon through my Three account.

I'm surprised you were even able to buy a pack for this no. You sure it wasn't for the closed a/c no?

The order confirmation email does not say which number it is associated with. Just says: 20GB SIM plan, 0.00 monthly cost, 0 for no contract.
