Can't make calls abroad

I'm on PAYG. Just added roaming pack for 7 days and phone is connected to a Danish provider. I can access the internet and can send and receive texts. I can also receive calls. But I can't make calls so can't call customer services. HELP!

Did you use your SIM in the UK to make a call or send a text message before you travelled abroad? Have you tried connecting to a different Danish provider?

Hi Chris. Yes it's a longstanding SIM. And yes I've tried 2 other providers.

It either cuts off immediately or a dead line tone.

I'm with another person on EE payg and exactly the same thing is happening to them also.

Have both of you tried manually searching for different networks and tried making a call when connected to a different network?
